As Digital Product Designer, you will influence consumer behavior through UX design. You will use your understanding of the Servco customer journey, real customer feedback, and available data to design impactful experiences, pages and visual elements that drive customers to action, and you will be able to effectively measure test results and iterate your designs based on that data. You will collaborate with Product team members, internal and external customers to prioritize epics and stories based on the value they bring to the organization.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Concept and design impactful pages and visual elements that drive measurable results
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Servco customer experience and platforms used along the digital journey
  • Design, develop and prototype storyboards, wireframes, interaction designs and both low- and high-fidelity prototypes with a mobile- and app-first approach
  • Perform customer and competitive research across Retail on best-in-class user experiences and how they may be adapted to meet our customers’ needs
  • Lead internal and external customer usability tests on a continuous basis to facilitate rapid iteration on optimal designs to go to market with and improve upon
  • Effectively collaborate and take feedback on prototype designs with agile development team members and ensure designs/prototypes are clear to developers to effectively build and test
  • Collaborate with Product team to prioritize stories and proactively make recommendations for design improvement based on your knowledge of Servco-owned platforms
  • Consider how UX differs across device types and design experiences optimized for consumption across a variety of screen sizes and resolutions
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to solve problems and develop design templates that align with overall product vision for use in omnichannel brand and performance marketing
  • Leverage information from customer feedback loop to iterate designs
  • Partner with analytics team to measure the effectiveness of your work
  • Leverage agile methodology concepts for delivery and continuous improvement
  • Coaching and career development for design team members
  • Creatively overcome challenges to quickly get our products to market
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment, while also participating in process improvement efforts

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Visual Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of digital media work experience
  • 4+ years of professional interactive design experience across a variety of digital products including design tools, landing page builders, and content management systems
  • 4+ years of professional interactive design experience across a variety of digital products including design tools, landing page builders, and content management systems
  • Experience with delivery methodologies in a fast-paced complex environment such as Agile and SCRUM
  • Superior skills in wireframing, interaction design and prototyping customer experiences
  • Ability to communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale both verbally and visually
  • Expert with Sketch, InVision, Photoshop and/or other digital design tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
  • Able to deliver results and manage time well
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
