RevaComm is growing and looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team leading the Talent Acquisition efforts to scale our amazing culture and business as we continue to grow.   • Help shape RevaComm’s future
  • Partner with the executive team to maintain and support the culture through company growth by being a key thought partner in areas of talent, people management, company culture, and compensation
  • Lead, manage and build the Talent Acquisition team; serve as a mentor to other recruiters
  • Develop and implement strategic programs to attract, source and recruit top talent
  • Improve efficiency in the hiring process
  • Manage recruitment databases and advertising budgets
  • Set clear goals and benchmarks for the Talent Acquisition team

Basic Qualifications:

  • Self-directed leader with 7+ years of relevant experience
  • BS/MS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Demonstrated success in leading Talent Acquisition functions
  • Experience with recruiting for highly technical roles
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and supervise multiple direct reports
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
  • Excellent project management skills in defining scope, schedules, and resources to ensure consistent quality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Recruitment or HR related experience in the technology industry
  • PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification
  • Familiarity with working in an Agile environment
  • Previous experience working in a startup environment

Salary Range: Negotiable, Based on Experience
