Description:
Help desk/over-the-phone support involved, in which the technician will provide the first line of defense/ tier 1 support, and escalate the issues to the higher level tiers as needed on the overnight shift for Sunday-Thursday 10pm-7am. They will be using a ticketing system called ServiceNow to document tickets. If the call volume is low overnight, will work on ticket overflow from the day shift.

- Excellent customer service, courteous personality, and willing to help.
- Positive attitude, ability to work with a team, and great communication skills. Passion for IT and eagerness to learn.
