Requirements:
- IT degree
- IT troubleshooting experience preferred (Not required)
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Assist in setting up and troubleshooting various software applications and tools
- Supporting end users via the ticketing systems
Located in Honolulu. (This person must be located in Honolulu)
